Spend Two Weeks at Camp Quinebarge #1
The donor is offering a two-week session--June 29 to July
12--to Camp Quinebarge, a traditional boys and girls summer camp serving kids
ages 7-15 in Moultonborough, NH. Since 1936, Quinebarge (pronounced
Kwi-ni-Barge) has helped kids gain an appreciation for the outdoors and world
around us, try new activities in a safe and nurturing environment, and make
everlasting friendships. Quinebarge draws on children from New England to
Georgia and from around the world including France, Spain, China and Dubai. Camp Quinebarge, a nonprofit organization, harkens to a time
when kids played outside all summer long, played games with each other, bonded
and made memories together. Quinebarge offers all the traditional camp
activities including swimming, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, arts and crafts,
wood shop, horseback riding, sports, archery, ropes courses, nature and
environment, hiking, camping, overnights, and more. Campers live in clean but
rustic cabins with a counselor or two and six to eight campers. They are active
all day from our wake up bell at 7:30am to Lights Out at 9:15pm. And they are
disconnected from their devices. Quinebarge sits on 65 acres of forest and 1,200 feet of
waterfront on pristine Lake Kanasatka. As a small camp we accept up to 100 kids
per session. We are American Camp Association accredited, State of New
Hampshire licensed and members of the NH Camp Directors Association.
